Custom Packaging

Prints are packaged using premium quality, archival, acid free, recyclable cellophane sized to fit A4, A3+ or A2 unframed prints and protected inside Postal Tubes or appropriately sized padded bags.

Framed, mounted prints are packed with bubblewrap then packaged within the appropriate custom size cardboard boxes with corner folds for extra protection.

Free Shipping Australia-Wide only. We do not ship internationally.

Australia-wide shipping is covered by www.amomentintime.com.au. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs. 

PO Box can be accepted for prints only.  All framed purchases require a street delivery address due to Australia Post limitations on package weights and sizes. 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details as well as an email directly from www.amomentintime.com.au to the email address you have specified on your account. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) hour of ordering.

We will send your print or framed photograph by our associated freight provider (preferred is DHL) within five to seven (5 to 7) business days anticipated to be delivered within fourteen (14) business days.  Please allow longer for artworks travelling to remote areas of Australia.

Free Returns

We want you to love your new artwork so if you don’t fall in love with it or simply change your mind, we’ve got you covered.

All you need to do is repackage it – undamaged – in the original packaging and send us an email within (7) seven days of receiving it. We will arrange for it to be picked up from you on a suitable day. We cover the cost of return shipments within Australia only. You can opt for a full refund or store credit.

Free Returns Fair Use Policy

  • You have one full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.
  • If you decide to return your piece, simply contact us by ‘Get in Touch’ at the bottom of the Home Page and we’ll make it happen.
  • Upon receiving your return, we’ll issue a full refund or credit for your purchase.
  • Free Returns Australia-wide. We’ll pay the cost of return shipping in Australia. 
  • We will allow a customer to return up to two (2) artworks free of charge
  • You must notify us within the returns period of 7 (seven) days of any damage.
